How the Retreat Flows
Throughout the retreat, our team manages room transitions, lighting shifts, catering timing, and event flow to ensure both conference and celebration feel cohesive.
The day begins with conference sessions led by your team, supported by coordinated catering and flexible breakout spaces.
Late afternoon allows time to reset before the setting transforms for the evening.
Private dining is followed by speeches, acknowledgements, or awards — before the atmosphere softens into music, conversation, and relaxed connection around the tiki bar or outdoor fire features.
Overnight accommodation removes transport logistics and early departures, allowing the evening to unfold naturally.
Breakfast the following morning provides a relaxed close before departure.

Loved the raw and rugged surroundings which was beautiful and the attention to detail with comforts inside the glam tent - food top notch down to great old school music provided, and the fact everything provided from bathroom cosmetics to blankets …. bed super comfy …such a treat being away from the rat race but with all the comforts! 14.10.24
Was an amazing stay celebrating 10 years together, we booked a date that ended up being south west winds so we were worried about it being unbearable, but it was pleasant, didn't even notice the wind, the cabin was sheltered but still had a view. The food was to die for and the overall experience was just perfect.
Amazing experience from the self-check in process which was easy clear instructions to follow. The buggy ride to your tent is a little adventure through nature so cool. Arriving at your tent with that beautiful seaside view amazing. Then you have the beautiful well set out tent that is warm and cozy very inviting it has literally everything you need from snacks hot cold drinks and brevages, dinner, desert, breakfast, the music that's provided. They have thought of everything u just need a change of clothes. The food was well prepared for you and ready to cook very easy and I can't cook.
