How the Retreat Flows
Throughout the retreat, our team manages timing, room configuration, catering transitions, and accommodation logistics to ensure the experience remains cohesive and uninterrupted.
Day One begins with extended working sessions led by your team, supported by flexible breakout spaces and coordinated catering throughout the day.
The evening transitions into private dining and relaxed continuation of conversation — allowing ideas to develop naturally without the pressure of wrapping up early.
Day Two provides a full additional working day on-site, creating space for themes to evolve, discussions to deepen, and decisions to be tested and refined properly.
Rather than concluding late and driving back to the city, your team stays a second night. This removes the fatigue and time pressure that often shortens offsites — allowing participants to step away, reset, and return the following morning for breakfast before departure.

We had a lovely time at the Cliffside Coastal Tents. We stayed in one of the couple tents. What an amazing location to get away and spend some quality time as a couple. You have to try the outdoor bath at sunset. They provide great snacks and ingredients for breakfast and dinner that you cook on the BBQ. We would highly recommend it! - 22 Apr 2023
